The health, safety and wellbeing of our people, clients and visitors to our offices is our upmost priority and to help safeguard this we have implemented the following protocol.
This applies to all planned meetings and events at Herbert Smith Freehills’ offices, or if you are planning to meet any of the firm’s people at another location.
We ask that you do not attend any such meetings if:
- You have travelled internationally or returned from overseas in the past 14 days;
- You have knowingly been in contact with anyone who has travelled internationally or returned from overseas in the past 14 days;
- You feel unwell; or
- You have been in direct contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID – 19. ( Direct contact means that you have been face to face with a person for 15 minutes or in a room with a person for two hours or more).
We are happy to discuss with you an alternative method of meeting.
If you experience the relevant symptoms after attending an event at one of our offices or after having met with any of our people, please email NovelCoronavirusadvisory@hsf.com so that we can manage communications with our own people and fellow attendees.
