Parking	The 161 Castlereagh Street car park can be accessed via 242 Pitt Street, loading dock entrance. These can be booked via our Facilities team by calling 02 9225 5610 or emailing [email protected]. There is 1 dedicated accessible parking space on each car park level.
Entrance and exit	We have two entrances to Herbert Smith Freehills. 161 Castlereagh Street entrance takes you straight to the Herbert Smith Freehills lift. The entry to the lobby can be accessed via a ramp and the after-hours DDA compliant access door located to the side of the revolving doors. 242 Pitt Street entrance is via the after-hours DDA compliant access doors located to the side of the revolving doors. A lift inside the Pitt Street entrance will take you up to Castlereagh Street to where the Herbert Smith Freehills lifts can be accessed.
Lift Access	Lift call panels have been designed with an accessibility assist button.
Accessible bathrooms (non-tenancy areas)	ANZ entrance, Pitt Street. This can be accessed by visitors of the building. Please see the friendly concierge team for assistance.
Concierge desk	Herbert Smith Freehills Concierge team are located at the 161 Castlereagh Street lobby. This is operational between 7.00am and 7.00pm Monday to Friday

Herbert Smith Freehills Tenancy

Reception	The Sydney office reception is open from 8.00am to 5.30pm. Our staff welcome any questions you may have and are willing to assist.
Lift Access	Lift call panels have been designed with an accessibility assist button.
Inside the tenancy	All areas in the tenancy can be accessed by using the lifts between floors
Accessible bathrooms	Wheelchair-accessible and all-gender bathrooms are located on each floor. Locations of these accessible bathrooms and all gender bathrooms are circled in red and are found in the same location on each floor. Map shows location on one of our client floor:

Assisted listening systems	The assisted listening system is located on the Client floors, function rooms on levels 33 & 35.
First Aid Room	This space is available if you are feeling unwell. Lighting is on a sensor so will activate when you enter the room. The First Aid room is secure during the hours of 8.00am – 6.00pm. Access to the First Aid Room will be granted remotely by Facilities using the intercom. Facilities staff wil ask you for a brief description of your illness and arrange for a First Aid Officer to attend, if one is not already present with you. During the hours of 6.00pm – 8.00am, the room will be left open so the facilities may be utilised after hours. Please ensure to inform a first aid officer if you are feeling unwell. The room does have a sink with running hot/cold water and fridge. You can also find first aid supplies located in the drawers.
Parents Room / Multi-Purpose Room	This space is available for: Baby change Feeding Pray Quiet space Lighting is on a sensor so will activate when you enter the room. The room does have a sink with running hot/cold water and fridge.
