The car park can be accessed via 19 Eulji-ro 5-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul.

There are 7 dedicated accessible parking spaces for disabilities:

4 parking spaces on B3 & 2 parking spaces on B4.

Please note you are not able to book any accessible parking spaces in advance.

Entrance and exit
19 Eulji-ro 5-gil, Jung-gu
The main entrance of Ferrum Tower is via the 19 Eulji-ro 5gil. There are two entrances one in the East and the other one in the West. And the West entrance is accessible from the parking lot entrance to the lobby. There is a third entrance on B1 floor which connects the subway station. All the three entrances allow the access of wheelchairs.

Lift Access Lift call panels have been designed with an accessibility assist button and there are two lifts for disabilities with wheelchairs. (Lower level and upper level floor)


Accessible bathrooms (non-tenancy areas) There are bathroom in non-tenancy areas (B1-B5) but there are only one bathroom for disabilities (wheelchair) on B1.  
Concierge desk There is one concierge desk operating 24/7 on the lobby floor of Ferrum Tower.

The Seoul office reception is open from 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

No receptionist is available. Instead, our LSAs welcome any questions you may have and are willing to assist.

Lift access Lift call panels have been designed with an accessibility assist button on the 15th floor. Seoul office is using only 1/3 of the area on the 15th floor.

Inside the tenancy

All areas in the tenancy can be accessed, by using the access key.

Accessible bathrooms Level 15. Two bathrooms (Ladies/Gentlemen) are located on the 15th sharing with other two companies.

Wellbeing Room

There is not a specific wellbeing room but the large conference room can be locked and blinds can be used to create a private space for those who are nursing/unwell.

The first aid supplies are located on the 3rd cabinet from the left available in the open area.
