Parking

One The Esplanade Car Park is private parking for tenants only.

Two accessibility bays are located on The Esplanade (City of Perth property, ticket parking) in between Barrack Street and Duchess Way.  Adjacent to building.

Open Monday to Friday from 7:00am – 7:00pm

Entrance and exit

Duchess Way lobby

The main entrance of One The Esplanade is via the Duchess Way lobby. The entry to the lobby is flat.

Other entry points:

• Retail entrance (off Geoffrey Bolton Av)
• Barrack St entry doors

All accessible entry doors are touchless entry during business hours (8.00am-6.00pm. Outside of business hours, swipe card access only.

Lift access

Lifts are equipped with an accessibility assist button which provides a slow door close and audio message.  

Accessible bathroom (non - tenancy areas)

Entry to bathroom area is touch free.

Lobby level – bathrooms located left of retail entrance (north facing) accommodates accessible needs along with touchless entry

End of Trip – touchless entry

Concierge desk

Located in Lobby and operational from 7;00am – 6:00pm

Baby change

Located in the Wellness Room on Level 11 west side corridor

Wellness room

Located on Level 11 next to the breakout room.

This space is available for:

• quiet space
• if you are feeling unwell
• meditating
• privacy
• recuperation
• escape from noise
• baby change
• feeding
• first aid

Lighting can be controlled via the switch as you enter the room.

You aren’t required to book this space and it is accessible 24/7. There is a phone located in the room if you require assistance from a first aid officer or facilities.

The room does have a sink with running hot/cold water and fridge.

Cleaning products are available.

You can also find first aid supplies located in the drawers.

Reception

The Perth office reception is open from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.

Our staff welcome any questions you may have and are willing to assist.

Inside the tenancy

All areas in the tenancy can be accessed, by using the lifts between floors and the internal stairwell. 

Accessible bathrooms

Wheelchair - accessible and all – gender bathrooms are located on Level 10 and on Level 11.

Reflection room

This space is located on level 10 and offers a quiet and private space that can be used for a variety of purposes including meditation, prayer, and quiet time. It includes:

• A Wudu room, a washroom designated for the spiritual and ritual washing performed by Muslim adherents before prayer
• A privacy curtain for use whilst praying
• Controlled lighting via the switch as you enter the room; and
• Clean towels.

You aren’t required to book this space and it is accessible 24/7. There is a phone located in the room if you require assistance from a first aid officer or facilities.

The room does have a sink with running hot/cold water and fridge.

Cleaning products are available.
