Parking

Accessible parking bays are located in the car park on Level B2 – Bays 30 & 31.

Access to the 80 Collins St car park is via Little Collins St.

These parks are required to be booked in advance.

Entrance and exit

The main entrance is located at 80 Collins Street.

A second entrance is located at the north side of the lobby.

The building is open from 7:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

The ground floor lobby will grant access to even number floors.

The upper lobby (mezzanine floor) will grant access to odd number floors.

Lift ‘K’ & ‘L’ give access to move between the lower lobby and upper lobby.

Lift access

Lift call panels have been designed with an accessibility assist button.

Once the accessibility assist button has been touched, the terminal will give audible assistance, extend the time to navigate to the allocated lift, give visual and audible indication on the designation plate located at the landing door and slow down the lift doors.

Accessible bathrooms (non – tenancy areas)

Level B1 End Of Trip (EOT)

This can be accessed by tenants of the building, with a security access card. Staff members will need to register if they would like access to the End of Trip facilities added to their pass.

Concierge desk

Located in the ground floor lobby.

The concierge desk is operational between the hours of 7:00am & 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Reception

The Melbourne office reception is open from 7:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Our staff welcome any questions you may have and are willing to assist where possible.

Lift access

Inside the tenancy

All areas in the tenancy can be accessed by using the lifts between floors.

Wheelchair accessible and unisex bathrooms are located on each floor in the lift lobby area.

There is an ambulant toilet cubicle within each Female & Male bathroom on every floor.

Assisted listening systems

The assisted listening system is located on the Client floor, meeting rooms 24.01, 24.02 & 24.03.

 

Portable assisted listening devices are also available and can be set up in various meeting rooms around the office.

 

The VC team are happy to assist with any requests where needed.

Reflection room

The Reflection room is located on Level 21

This space is available for

  • Prayer
  • Meditation
  • Yoga
  • Quite space

Facility contains a Wudu wash station.

Lighting can be controlled via the switch as you enter the room.

Clean towels are supplied in this room.

You aren’t required to book this space and it is accessible 24/7. 


First aid room

The First Aid room is located on Level 21.

There is a defibrillator located in this room in case of emergency.

You aren’t required to book this space and it is accessible 24/7. There is a phone located in the room, if you require assistance from a first aid officer or facilities.

Lighting can be controlled via the panel as you enter the room.

The room has a sink with running hot/cold water and a fridge.

Cleaning products can be supplied if needed. 


Parents room

The Parents room is located on Level 21.

You aren’t required to book this space and it is accessible 24/7.

Lighting can be controlled via the switch as you enter the room.

The room has a sink with running hot/cold water, a microwave and fridge.
