Assisted entry
From the main road there is a ramp that you can use to enter the building, the doors to the main reception have a sensor which will automatically open when you are near.
If you require assisted entry to our office, we recommend you contact us on the above telephone number prior to your arrival. Should you continue to require further assistance once inside our office please advise reception upon arrival.
Parking
Visitor parking is on the ground floor as you enter the parking.
Parking is free of charge, you will be issued with a parking ticket which you must validate at HSF Reception and this will need to be shown to the security when you leave the building.
From the ground floor parking there are demarcated parking bays as well as a ramp into the building from the parking.
Alternative wheelchair access
There is a ramp from the ground floor parking to the main reception, you will then take a lift to the 1st floor where you will sign in with security.
There is a button on the lifts for visually impaired people.
You will then take a second lift to the 4th floor where you will see the HSF reception.
Accessible Toilets
Wheelchair-accessible toilets are located on our floor to the left of our reception area.
