Assisted entry
If you require assisted entry to our office, we recommend you contact us on the above telephone number prior to your arrival. Should you continue to require further assistance once inside our office please advise reception upon arrival.
Parking and valet parking
Visitor parking for DIFC Gate Village is available via Al Mustaqbal Street (previously Road 312) –under Gate Village 6 (GV6) building.
Parking is free for the first hour and then charged at a rate of AED 20 per hour or part hour. Payment can be made by cash or card at the exit.
There is also a valet parking service at street level charged at AED 21 per hour or part hour (there is no free hour here). Note access from valet parking is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Alternative wheelchair access
An elevator from street level to podium level is available at Gate Village 11 on the internal road between Gate Village and Gate District. Once on podium level, please make your way to Gate Village 7 where our office is located. (See below links to maps.) Throughout the podium level there are ramps adjacent to every set of steps.
Entrance to Gate Village 7
Each building can be accessed by elevators from the car park. Without an elevator pass you will only be able to access podium level (marked as P on the elevator buttons). Elevators are wheelchair-accessible and the buttons are labelled with braille.
Building reception is located on podium level.
Security and access to level 4
There are strict security measures in place throughout the DIFC. At podium level please approach GV7 building reception. They will ask for your contact number and a form of ID (this must contain your photo) which they will take and hand you an elevator pass for level 4 where our office is located.
Your ID will be returned to you when you hand back the elevator pass.
If you do not have a form of photo ID please call us (or ask building reception to call us) on the above telephone number and we will come to collect you.
Accessible Toilets
Our office has a wheelchair-accessible toilet in our client facing area.
Assistance dogs
We welcome guide dogs, hearing dogs and assistance dogs in the office.
