Successfully representing a leading global hotel management company in an ICC arbitration against an Owner – securing full recovery of unpaid fees / expenses, dismissal of mismanagement counterclaims and a substantial costs award. The complex arbitration also included a successful application for interim relief relating to owner interference with the management of the Hotel.

Bharti Group on its acquisition of OneWeb jointly with the UK government and subsequent investments by SoftBank, Eutelsat and Hanwha raising over $2.5billion and subsequent $3.4billion acquisition by Eutelsat.

Acting in relation to a UK class action concerning diesel emissions in respect of approximately 330,000 vehicles
